Summer @ the Fort Aug 7 & 8 :: Fine Craft & Art Holiday Show Dec 3-5

Artist Information and Application

The show will take place at a unique venue. Each room will have 4-5 artists.

How to participate in either Summer @ the Fort or the Fine Craft & Art Holiday Show:

1. We will not accept anyone selling any kind of mass-produced goods (this includes imported bags, clothes, soap & bath products or jewellery). All goods MUST be HAND-MADE by the vendor.
2. Vendors will be juried relative to the integrity, originality, level of craftsmanship and artistic merit of their work. These are Fine Craft & Artist events, therefore we are looking for art, not products.
3. Goods cannot be mass-produced, however, high-quality, limited signed editions of the registered vendor’s work are acceptable (e.g. postcards or photographs).
4. We reserve the right to deny registration to any applicant.
5. Your space will be determined based on your needs. The rooms are not standard shape / size, therefore booths must be flexible in set up and shape.
6. There are no one day spaces available.
7. Registration is for single artists only, artists may not share space.
8. No refunds will be given within 4 months prior to the show.

Application Process

1. STEP ONE - Please email me 3 images of your art that represents all art you will be selling at the show, as well as 1 image of your booth set up. linds@lindseyfair.ca *please note on it which show you are applying for.
   
2. STEP TWO - Once you have been accepted by the jury to participate please mail in your a registration form and cheque made out to The Gift Giving Show for the total amount. No post-dated cheques. This must be received within 3 weeks of your acceptance into the show.

3. STEP THREE - You will be sent an email confirmation into the show.
